Wifi Concierge is a social entrepreneurship nonprofit initiative dedicated to bridging the Digital Divide among seniors and underserved communities. Our services enable clients to experience an improved connection to the digital world, which will lead to better opportunities and a better quality of life.

Inspiration
A family friend, Mr. Steve, was stuck using an outdated desktop computer, a wired internet connection, and an expensive family phone plan after his wife untimely passed away from cancer.
Wifi Concierge provided him a modern laptop computer, an Android smartphone under an affordable phone plan, and a wireless router which provides him with greater mobility and an improved internet connection.
Our services
Routers and wireless installation
Wifi Concierge provides clients with routers, streaming devices like Roku / Fire TV, and complimentary installation services to improve wireless connectivity.
Digital device setup and integration
Smart home security systems, medical devices, printers, and other devices can be incorporated into the client's wireless network system.
Personalized technology assistance
Wifi Concierge offers clients personalized, one-on-one troubleshooting of technology and wireless interfaces.
Free-of-charge services, voluntary donations
All of Wifi Concierge's services are completed free of charge, however voluntary donations for satisfactory services are appreciated.
